For operations, technical and supply chain professionals
You run the work. Someone else gets the title.
You solve the problems, keep the line moving and know the business better than the people above you. Promotions still go to whoever sounds like a leader in the room. We close that gap with communication and positioning frameworks built on real plant floors, warehouses and procurement desks.
15 minutes. We map where you are stuck and what is holding back your next role. No pitch deck, no obligation.
This is for you if
If you recognise yourself here, keep reading.
- 01
Your work is visible. You are not.
You fix the shortage, hit the date and save the shipment. In the review, your manager says “great job” and talks about someone else’s potential. Being relied on is not the same as being promoted.
- 02
You explain things well enough for the team. Not for the room.
In meetings with senior people you give the full detail while they wanted the decision. By the time you reach the point, they have moved on. The idea was right and the delivery buried it.
- 03
You are told to “be more strategic” and nobody says how.
That feedback has come up more than once. It sounds like a verdict and gives you nothing to do on Monday. Meanwhile people with less depth keep getting the stretch assignments.
None of this means you lack ability. It means nobody has shown you how leadership is read, in what you say and how you say it. That is a learnable skill.
The method
The Floor-to-Boardroom Method
Four steps, built from running operations rather than from a textbook.
- Step 1
Position Audit
We find out how you are actually seen: the story your manager and peers tell about you when you are not in the room.
You leave with a plain-language read of your current perception and the exact gap to your next role.
- Step 2
Message Architecture
We rebuild how you speak about your work: answer first, evidence second, ask last. Updates, escalations and proposals each get a structure you can reuse.
You leave with scripts and templates for the five conversations that decide promotions.
- Step 3
Live Execution
You apply it on real work, in real meetings, with real stakes. We prepare before and review after, so each meeting becomes practice.
You leave with a track record of senior-level moments, not theory.
- Step 4
Leadership Signal
We make the shift visible and durable: how you run decisions, take ownership of cross-team problems and present your case for the next role.
You leave with an evidence-backed case for promotion, or a clear read on where to take it elsewhere.

Who is behind this
Built by an operator. Delivered by vetted coaches.
The method comes from Dhanish Rajendran, Founder and Operations Lead. He has spent more than six years in supply chain and procurement across heavy equipment and automotive manufacturing, buying for plants and warehouses in Canada and the US. He watched which operations people got promoted and which equally capable people did not. The difference was rarely skill. It was how they framed problems, handled pressure and asked for what they needed.
Dhanish does not deliver the coaching himself. It is delivered by vetted partner coaches and specialists whom we select and check, working from the method. One named lead stays accountable for your engagement and reviews the work, so you never have to manage a stranger.
He also wrote Speak Clearly. Lead Confidently. for the same audience.
