Our services

We Create Talents provides coaching, training and related resources focused on communication, leadership and career development. What is included in each program, and its price, is shown on the Programs page or confirmed with you in writing before you pay.

No guarantee of outcomes

Coaching supports your own effort. We cannot promise a particular job, promotion, salary or other result, because those depend on many things outside our control.

Payment

Prices are shown in Canadian or US dollars as stated at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details. Taxes, where they apply, are added as required by law.

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation and refund terms for a program are confirmed with you in writing before you pay. If something goes wrong, contact us at hello@wecreatetalents.ca and we will work it out fairly. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information, attend scheduled sessions or give notice if you cannot, and use materials we provide for your own personal learning. Do not copy, resell or share them without permission.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is kept confidential and used only to deliver the service, as described in the privacy notice.

The AI assistant

The assistant on this site gives general guidance and is not a substitute for personal coaching, or for legal, financial or medical advice. Do not include sensitive personal information in your messages to it.
