How pricing works

There are no fixed packages for business work. Every proposal is priced for its scope and shows what you get before you agree. Most engagements take one of three shapes.

  • Discovery

    A short, fixed-scope first step. We confirm the real problem, the options and a recommended plan. You can stop afterwards.

  • Project

    A defined outcome with named deliverables, a timeline and a price agreed in writing before work starts.

  • Advisory retainer

    Ongoing access to an expert for a set number of hours each month, for teams that need steady judgment rather than a one-off job.
